Emirates were absolutely incredible and Lee steered us well. Had to run through Dubai airport and gate was closing on our way back - scary but we made it!

When having a stopover in Dubai perhaps send a map of the airport and facilities as it's huge and no information desk available.
We had difficulty registering with Medicare on arrival, it took 2 weeks and a lot of effort. I think it would be a good idea to recommend that this is done before leaving the UK
We had a slight panic when we received notification from Malaysia airlines that our flight time had been changed by 8 hours which meant we would miss our connection to London. I called DialAFlight who hadn’t had any notification about the changes but managed to sort getting us home using 3 flights instead of 2. So we landed back 13 hours later than planned but we did get back!

Qatar Airlines operate a comfortable and efficient service with Business Class lounges at Doha and Melbourne. The only failure was at Birmingham with no lounge on departure and a shortage of ground staff at 0600 arrival which caused a delay in docking and progress through customs. Not the fault of DialAFlight who had excellent attention to detail.
Everything went smoothly and everything was exactly as promised. Thank you for a stress-free trip!
