Shout out to Lucas who I find to be very supportive

Very well organised tour. Timing with connections a bit tight
A great service from Ash and the team
Outstanding as always!
Charlie was excellent
We absolutely LOVED our trip - thank you so much to Chris Briggs for suggestions, arranging, advising and assistance! The hotels were wonderful. All of our transportation/trips were exceedingly well organised, on time and very friendly and informative. We especially loved Hotel Arenal Manoa in La Fortuna - would have loved an extra day or two there! Service was second to none and such a beautiful setting. The hot springs are wonderful. Hotel and Spa Poco a Poco - again, wonderful service and lovely place to stay. Hotel pool is beautiful and the hotel is set up / laid out / equipped so well to allow for all the rain showers! Overall, a wonderful trip, we are so pleased to have experienced it!
Have dealt with Guy Foskin for three years. Excellent customer service, providing very good deals and excellent back up when on one occasion something went wrong. This was not a DialAFlight issue. It is great to have someone get to know what you want along with likes and dislikes and bring offers to our attention that may be of interest. Fantastic, keep up the good work.
Laura Canning provided us with a very personal service, cannot recommend her enough
It was exactly what I wanted and Callum Patel did an excellent job
My only and immediate resource for all travel: long haul, quick breaks, package holidays, family & business. Always a pleasure to deal with. Always great value. Used this service many many times for over a decade and top marks every time.
Thank you for being so efficient and making my travel arrangements so effortless and enjoyable.
Emergency helpline was useful
Can't thank Amy Hibbert enough - again! for the excellent service and recommendation
Dale, once again, was brilliant. Everything from booking and throughout the holiday went to plan. We had an amazing time.
Lee delivered once again - great trip.
Every holidaymaker needs to be able to tap into the experience, expertise and professionalism of Gavin Dattani. Not for the first time his advice, guidance and support meant we enjoyed the most wonderful holiday in Mexico. We then enjoyed three lovely days in New York on the way home, staying at the hotel that Gavin recommended; a superb choice.
Freddie was very helpful, thank you.
We had a fantastic trip - with seven different stops this was not a straightforward trip but everything worked perfectly for flights, hotels and transfers. Thanks again to Vinnie and the team, who we have used for many years now.
William was amazing as always
Although our flight wasn't impacted by the global IT issues, it was reassuring to know that we could have contacted you to have everything sorted if we'd run into problems. Using DialAFlight gives us peace of mind having a buffer to deal with the airlines when it isn't easy for us to phone. This is why I don't bother checking flights myself anymore - it'll always be a better option to go through you!
Saved loads of time and hassle and uncertainty, I will definitely use DialAFlight again.
The overall experience was first class and John Huff was excellent.
Lucas Moore managed to get me a premium comfort seat on a KLM flight from Mexico City to Amsterdam for a price which was around what I normally pay for an economy flight. The experience was excellent in terms of the quality of food, inflight service and the amount of seat space. His attention to the needs of customers is of the highest standard. He always searches for the best options, and does his upmost to resolve any difficulties that arise with airlines.
Eric and his colleagues were very knowledgeable, accessible and helpful at every step.
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
