While your service is always excellent I can't say the same for Etihad. I am currently waiting for a refund for extra legroom seats that I paid for but did not get on the last section of our flight, There was also a nine-hour delay at Abu Dhabi after our flight from Melbourne took off an hour late, missing our connection,
