You were excellent but Gulf Air left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend them and will not fly with them again.

Gerry Bushnell helped by putting an excellent package together and took the stress out of sorting everything ourselves. Everything went so smoothly until a third party took us to wrong airport. We rang the emergency line who assisted us in getting it sorted.

Transfers were not discussed and we thought they were included when we booked but this wasn’t the case. We had no one at the airport to take us to our hotel and had to get a taxi.

Transfer back to the airport was the only wobble, it was an older non-electric vehicle and if we had left at the time they proposed we would have missed our flight but that was their failure not yours
