The service we received from DialAFlight was great but we were disappointed that the hotel service was very poor. The restaurant system was stressful and never really worked plus the service wasn’t consistent. It’s not a 5 star resort and definitely not for couples wanting a break away.

Disappointed in transport to the hotel, it was a Mercedes minivan with signwriting on the doors and the half board option was hard work and confusing with extra charges at some restaurants

BA could have been more helpful in LHR regarding sssistance. Arrived to get buggy to gate C64. Offhandedly told me no buggy and gate closing… hardly helpful, managed to get flight but totally frazzled.

Excellent service from you guys. Brilliant trip enjoyed every moment - hotel was to die for, staff very friendly but not always in your face and always there if you needed help. Would definitely recommend the meal in the sky trip stunning views of Dubai in the evening.
