There was a problem getting better connecting flights between Krabi and Bangkok - it couldn’t be done from London apparently but it was no problem at all doing it locally!

Transfers were not discussed and we thought they were included when we booked but this wasn’t the case. We had no one at the airport to take us to our hotel and had to get a taxi.
