Another fabulous holiday booked by Sean, we loved it all from start to finish, would recommend both resorts.

Brilliant holiday! Only problem - on the last day our booked flight back was a few hours before the end of the Maldives tour. All sorted though and we were able to get to the airport by speed boat.

Reckon snorkelling at Oblu Helkengeli was better as the reef drop off was close to the shore. At Anantara Veli you have to go to Dhigu island and in to Picnic Island to get that. So snorkelling round the over water villas is just examining how they built the lagoon, created an island to look over - but no natural coral

There was an invite to meet the local representative at hotel on first day, but invite arrived whilst we slept and we missed appointment. Not an issue, but may be for others .

Transfer back to Mauritius airport was fraught. Driver arrived approximately 30 minutes late at the hotel and the drive to the airport was tense.
