You were excellent but Gulf Air left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend them and will not fly with them again.

Everything worked to plan - lovely hotels and transfers excellent. Weather in Langkawi was disappointing but that’s nothing you could Influence!

I can’t thank DialAFlight enough - patience, professionalism and quality for money. Gerry Bushnell helped by putting an excellent package together and took the stress out of sorting everything ourselves. Everything went so smoothly until a third party took us to wrong airport. We rang the emergency line who assisted us in getting it sorted.

Sam and other colleagues were amazing! We are unseasoned travellers with lots of anxious questions and they steered us through our adventure promptly and reassuringly. We had a truly wonderful trip

Transfers were not discussed and we thought they were included when we booked but this wasn’t the case. We had no one at the airport to take us to our hotel and had to get a taxi.

Our trip was way beyond our expectations. Brilliantly organised (which was important as we were doing a self guided trip involving a lot of travel). Great choice of hotel in a great location and within my budget

Troy was excellent as always. He managed all my travel plans right up to a courtesy phone call the day before my trip to make sure everything was in order. If only every company was as good as DialAFlight!

Doubly disappointing that husband had to cancel flights to NZ for 2nd time due to ill health & pending ops. The team couldn't have helped more both with original bookings and cancellations. It was a pleasure to book and not stressful when forced to cancel. Definitely recommend them.
