Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
Excellent company and brilliant service - will definitely use them again.
No issues whatsoever. Theo is an expert
Air Canada business class exceeded our expectations especially on way back. Concierge service from Toronto and signature lounge access much enjoyed
Perfect service
Excellent service as always. Bradley Edy first class agent. Would definitely recommend
Many thanks again to Simon for sorting out, within an hour, the problem of our cancelled flight from London to Montreal. BA website was useless and they refused to answer the phone to help!
A short notice trip to Victoria BC arranged by Amelia Beecham which all proceeded without problems. Excellent!
Someone is always at the end of the phone to answer queries and provide help 24/7. Knowledgeable staff. We always book with DialAFlight
I would definitely recommend DialAFlight to all of my friends without a shadow of doubt, a truly excellent travel agent
Every detail was perfect
Really appreciate the politeness and friendliness.
Only downside of our recent trip to Canada was that we could not pre-book our seats in Premium Economy on our KLM flight out to Vancouver - despite Oliver’s best efforts to sort on our behalf. Everything else ran like clockwork. Would not use another service for booking transatlantic flights. Thank you!
Ivor was excellent to deal with and, mainly because of his service, I would use DialAFlight again
Shelley has been amazing and very helpful - she even contacted us before departure to check we were okay with everything - what a nice touch
Everything went without a hitch. Thank you
We didn’t get Halal meals. I had requested seats in the front row with plenty of leg room but we were allocated seats in the third row. Long delays at Vancouver airport hence missed the connecting flight to Manchester.
Outstanding service as always by Marshall - many thanks
Excellent service from Harvey and his team. After booking we decided to extend our trip, this was no problem at all. He gave great advice about the car hire, and was very helpful on the phone when our flight was delayed. Made everything easy.
As always, we found DialAFlight helpful, responsive, reassuring, efficient and friendly. Thank you!
Everything was spot on - many thanks to Lee Coughtrey
Owen was extremely helpful. He got us the perfect flights and connecting flights, was always in contact with us, up until the day we left. Great service will use you again for sure
Thanks to Bobby, great organisation as always resulting in a seamless trip.
Thoughtful, helpful and reliable at all times.
As always Daniel delivered an excellent package for us, all went smoothly from start to finish
Zoe has looked after my travel arrangements for many years. The service she provides is always outstanding - she is a real gem
Absolutely great planning by Mia who went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were catered for. Thanks a million - will definitely be in touch to plan our next trip
Everything went according to plan as always. We have 100% faith in our travel manager Ethan Fell. It is so reassuring knowing if we encounter any problems during our holiday he is only a call away.
We had a perfect trip.
Lucas did an excellent job making sure our wishes were realised and gave appropriate advice. I have already recommended him to friends. His assistance with our Alaskan cruise holiday was invaluable
Everything went to plan - flights on time, helpful and quick car hire pick-up, no hassle. Thanks to Stan for his help.
WELCOME to the perfect lay-over city. The airport is a dream to transit through, even offering a free city bus tour for passengers with at least five and a half hours between connecting flights.
Hop on for the big sights, including the architectural wonder that is the hotel complex of Marina Bay Sands and the horticultural heaven, Gardens by the Bay.
STRIP OFF
There's a beach in the middle of the city at the Pan Pacific Orchard, which opened last June. Rooms wrap around terraced gardens, while an in-room water filtration system and solar panels tick eco boxes. Head to the fifth floor for an outdoor pool overlooking the city, palm trees, a small sandy beach and a mirrored ceiling to guarantee a permanently blue sky.
DAY AND NIGHT ACTION
Following a £37million upgrade, the pedestrianised nightlife district Clarke Quay is now also a daytime attraction for waterfront dining and round-the-clock entertainment. This is largely due to a new canopy that reduces solar heat gain by up to 70 per cent for a swelter-free visit.
After dark, live bands play open-air cafes and elaborate cocktails are served on moored Chinese junk boats converted into pubs. New attractions include a white knuckle thrill ride Slingshot which launches fearless riders 70m above the city skyline at 160 km per hour.
HAWKER HOTSPOTS
Singapore's famous hawker centres are everywhere, awarded Unesco's Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity status in 2020. These food courts are crammed with no-frills street food stalls serving everything from chicken satay to prawn noodles for less than £3.
Newly opened is Taste Orchard, featuring a live seafood station and a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Even trendier dining can be found at Gourmet Park, home to food trucks from award-winning chefs, but without the restaurant prices.
PEDAL POWER
Hire a bike from GoCycling to explore the network of well marked cycle paths across Singapore. One leads directly from the city centre to Asia's biggest bird park, Bird Paradise, which opened last May, and houses eight walk-through aviaries housing 400 species, including the rare Philippine Eagle.
CULINARY CULTURE
Discover the city's Peranakan culture at Candlenut, a Michelin starred restaurant. Descendants of Singapore's first Chinese settlers who married local Malay women in the 15th century, Perankans have their own food culture and traditions.
Expect tender wagyu beef rib rendang, crab curry and ice cream made from candlenut - which must be cooked for 40 days to remove the cyanide inside.
COCOA HEAVEN
The neighbourhood of Dempsey Hill, a former nutmeg plantation, now has its own pastel-pink Museum of Ice Cream and a new chocolate factory, Mr Bucket Chocolaterie, where you customise a slab of handmade chocolate. Elsewhere in the city, there's plenty to entertain the family. Attractions include an indoor water park Aqua Adventure, the excellent Children's Museum Singapore and Asia's first snow, ski and skate attraction, Trifecta.
