Assistance with check in for my flights was greatly appreciated. I have poor vision and no access to Apps. Getting them sent to me so I could print them out was wonderful. Also getting priority boarding on easyJet helped. Really excellent.

Please be aware that immigration at Madrid (I had to pass through it for my connecting flights) takes forever. I was able to show my boarding time to a member of staff so that I got fast-tracked otherwise I would have likely missed the flight
